ECFE Photo Fundraiser

We are making an announcement to the public to fill the remaining sessions for the Photo Fundraiser.  We look forward to seeing you November 6th or 7th at Heather Matson’s studio.

Dayton’s Bluff ECFE Advisory Council

Dayton’s Bluff ECFE and professional photographer Heather Matson have teamed up to create our second annual Family Portrait Fundraising event. This will give you and your family an opportunity to have professional portraits taken with no sitting fee. In class or by contacting Heather directly, you are invited to schedule one session per family. In exchange for a $10.00 reservation fee you will receive a free 5×7 of your choice. ECFE earns a percentage of proceeds for every photo or card purchased.

Sessions are scheduled every 20 minutes from 3:00pm to 7:00pm Friday and 9:20am to 6:40pm on Saturday. We will provide a black and off-white brick backdrop and studio lighting. Portraits can be children, family (6 or fewer people per group), or couples. Please arrive 15 minutes early prior to your scheduled session. Approximately 1 week after the event we will send you an e-mail with a link to the ECFE online proofing
gallery. This link will be available for viewing and choosing your selections until the 25th of November. After you have viewed your proofs and made your selections, your completed order forms and payment will be collected in class.

PORTRAIT TIPS
· Choose colors that do not contrast each other. (Ex: Black pants, white top)
· If more than one subject in the photograph, select outfits that compliment each other.
· Avoid bold patterns, plaids and stripes.
· Bring a hat or other props you may desire.
· Have your child bring their favorite stuffed animal or other toy.
· Unless in the photograph, parents and other children are discouraged from being in the immediate studio area.

ORDERING TIMELINE
· Oct. 23rd is the last day to sign up for reserving your session
· November 13th – Photo sessions online. Each family will have between 8-12 proofs to view.
· Samples of products will be made available in class by the time the ordering process starts
· All orders due by 4:00pm., Wednesday, November 25th.
· Orders will be ready for pick up on Wednesday, December 9th.
